As the “Smileest Clinic”, authorized by Dr. Ayşegül Girgin and Dr. İsmail Metin Hoşer, we attach importance to the security of your personal data, which we process as the data controller defined in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Purpose and Legal Reason for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and secondary regulations, for the purposes and legal reasons specified below: In this context,  your personal data such as “Name, Surname, E-Mail Address, Telephone Number, Subject of Communication or Message” obtained by contacting you through the website, are processed  within the scope of our fields of activity, for the purposes of assisting you on the subject you contacted, answering your questions and getting back to you, in accordance with the legal reason of “ processing personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract”  in accordance with Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698.

If you give your consent for the message, your personal data such as  “Identity Information, Contact Information, Marketing Information”  will be processed based on the legal reason of being foreseen in the laws in Article 5/2-a of Law No. 6698, in order to inform you about suitable campaigns and to inform you about our company’s campaigns, upon your consent within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

Transfer of Personal Data

Smileest Clinic may share your personal data with business partners, system and infrastructure supplier companies, and also with electronic commercial message system supplier companies and Legally Authorized Institutions in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in line with the purposes listed above, if you give your consent for the communication.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

Smileest Clinic collects your personal data through the website by filling in the relevant fields regarding communication. In addition, your personal data is also collected when you communicate with Smileest Clinic by other methods.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

By applying to Smileest Clinic as the data owner;

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the actions taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated and to request that the operations carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result that is to your detriment as a result of your processed data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law, and to request that the correction, deletion or destruction processes be notified to third parties with whom personal data has been shared,
• If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above  to Smileest Clinic in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, Smileest Clinic will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Smileest Clinic may charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
