Over time, the subcutaneous tissue on the back of the hand decreases, the skin becomes thinner, the veins become more visible, and spots begin to appear on the skin. The aim of hand rejuvenation is to replace the subcutaneous tissue that has decreased on the back of the hand, to improve the quality of thinned and worn skin, and to eliminate spots on the skin. Filling applications, PRP, vitamin injections, and laser applications are the most common applications. There may be slight swelling and bruising after the application, but the patient’s daily activities are not affected.
